Complexo Urbano em Famalicão
The New Holding Group created the company Números Anónimos Investimentos Imobiliários, Lda. in 2018 with the aim of developing a new urban project in the city of Vila Nova de Famalicão.
The project consisted of the acquisition of urban land in the city center, on which we will build new accesses consisting of several streets and a new roundabout. Parts of the land will also be transferred to the public domain, particularly where it faces the municipal stadium where a new square will be built.
The Stadium will also undergo extensive renovations already announced by the City Council.
In this urban complex, the construction of a hotel, a building with university residences, a supermarket, an assisted living building and a multi-family housing building is planned.

This project is located in the center of Vila Nova de Famalicão, providing quick and convenient access to several surrounding cities within a radius of 30 km. Among these cities, Braga, Guimarães, Porto, Santo Tirso, Póvoa de Varzim and Vila do Conde stand out.
