About Us
New Holding SGPS, S.A. was founded in 2010 with the corporate name “Made In 1965 SGPS, S.A.”, which in 2017 was replaced by the current name.
In the same year of 2010, New Holding began its activity with the acquisition of a 50% stake in Hexaprisma SGPS, S.A, a company then based in Matosinhos which, together with its subsidiaries, moved its headquarters to the same address from New Holding.
Our mission is to make financial investments, primarily in real estate investment and development companies, currently holding 19 subsidiaries, 13 of which through direct participation and 6 through indirect participation, many of which hold 100% of their share capital. Functioning as a Holding, it buys and sells financial shares, manages the financial resources available to capitalize the companies involved in the development of their projects and creates new companies when projects arise that justify autonomous development.
Our real estate investment strategy is mainly focused on industrial, logistics, retail, hotel and tourism projects.
Our facilities are located in a privileged area of Porto, located on Avenida da Boavista in front of Parque da Cidade, with easy access and parking. We are 15 minutes from the airport and we have several 5* hotels on the same avenue, namely the Porto Palácio Hotel, the Sheraton Porto Hotel and the Crowne Plaza, or 4* hotels such as the Bessa Hotel and the Quality Inn.

Luís Dantas dos Santos
CEO
During his degree in Applied Mathematics, he was IT director in a German multinational car industry, later pursuing a career as an entrepreneur in which he created and developed technological, industrial and real estate investment companies, in which he already has 35 years of experience. His biggest motivation has always been real estate investment, which began more than 23 years ago in parallel with other activities, and which since 2008 has become the main focus.
António Esteves
Buisness Developer
Graduated in Economics from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Porto, António Esteves began his career in banking, in the commercial area. Later, he dedicated himself to business management, dealing with various business sectors, with a focus on the real estate sector. In addition, he has extensive experience in strategic and operational development.

Rosa Bráz
CFO
Graduated in Accounting and Administration from ISCAP and a member of the Order of Certified Accountants. She began her career in the financial and accounting department of an industrial company. Currently, she is the Chief Financial Officer of the New Holding Group, where she has deepened her knowledge in accounting and taxation, dealing with the diverse activities of the group's companies.
António Adriano Ferreira
Architect
Graduated in Architecture from the University of Minho, António Ferreira has extensive experience in architecture and construction. Over the past 15 years, he has completed projects in various areas, including housing, services, industry, and logistics. Additionally, he is known for his meticulous and efficient approach to project management.

Sónia Valente
Certified Accountant
After completing her bachelor's degree in Accounting and Management, Sónia was the technical director at an accounting firm for 8 years. She then founded her own accounting company. For over 10 years, she has been a certified accountant with the New Holding Group.
José Luís Camões
Investments Partner
26 anos de experiência no setor financeiro, incluindo 7 anos como CEO em consultoria de gestão, projetos de investimento e desenvolvimento imobiliário. Atualmente, é administrador de uma empresa têxtil. Licenciado em Gestão de Empresas, possui um Mestrado em Análise de Dados e uma Pós-Graduação em Análise Financeira. Suas especialidades incluem direção financeira, gestão de projetos de investimento, direção geral e comercial de empresas, reestruturação industrial e definição de estratégias de crescimento e expansão.

Com vasta experiência e competência na área da gestão global de hotéis, nomeadamente em organização, planeamento, recrutamento de pessoal, ações de marketing e publicidade, vendas, controlo da satisfação dos hóspedes e gestão de fornecedores/compras. A capacidade de comunicação, adquirida ao longo da experiência profissional como responsável e nas vendas, é uma mais-valia. Forte capacidade de liderança, atualmente sendo responsável por uma equipa de 22 pessoas.
Membro do conselho Geral da APHORT Associação Portuguesa de Hotelaria, Restauração e Turismo.
